Scan Legal-Sized Documents -Fitted with the Legal-sized (215.9 x 355.6mm) platen, users are able to scan up to Legal or Foolscap-sized documents from the platen glass.   

12.7cm Colour LCD Touchscreen-The display panel comes with a vari-angle mechanism for greater viewing flexibility and broad screen for clarity and ease of navigation. 

Application Library-The Application Library is packed with innovations to help you work smarter and more efficiently than ever. You can store and print frequently-used forms directly from the device, or distribute your documents electronically to pre-set destinations with just a tap of the button.

Single Pass Duplex Scan-The 50-sheet single-pass Duplex Auto Document Feeder (DADF) consists of two Contact Image Sensors (CIS), allowing both sides of the document to be scanned simultaneously. This maximises scanning efficiency without any compromise in scan quality.   

Expandable Paper Capacity-On top of the standard 550-sheet cassette and 100-sheet multipurpose tray, the imageCLASS MF543x has multiple paper options to expand its paper handling capability to as much as  2 300 sheets,  making it a highly scalable device, suitable for every print volume environment.

SEND with Ease-With Canon's SEND Technology, you can easily scan documents and send them to one or more destinations. Digitize your paper document and send them to shared folders for convenient data access and management.

Secure Print-Manage the level of confidentiality of sensitive documents with the Secure Print function. Print jobs will be held safe in memory until authentication code is entered into the device.

Near Field Communication (NFC)-Enjoy the added convenience of contactless printing with the NFC-enabled MF525x. Just tap to print.

Minimal Maintenance-Enjoy fuss-free and low maintenance operation with Canon All-in-One toner cartridge design. Optional high cartridge option is also available to cater to high volume printing needs.
